Emily Hamsher
An avid reader of Christian Romance Novels like those of Francine Rivers and Connilyn Cossette, Emily Hamsher enjoys creating exhilarating adventures that are set in a historical time period. Being a young adult in her mid-twenties, she seeks to write about what is most important to her: her faith, and her family. With a Master’s degree in Education, Emily loves to learn about different places, cultures, and unique traditions that she can incorporate into her novels. Outside of writing, she keeps busy working with a local youth organization, spending time with any one of her eight siblings, and building puzzles. As a young writer herself, Emily Hamsher has a heart to inspire her readers to engage their own creative gifts, and to encourage her audience to go after their dreams no matter how big they may seem!

Favorite Thing’s
FAMILY
Emily is the second eldest of eight children. Born in New York, the Hamsher clan moved to sunny Florida when Emily was a small child. Since then she has grown up always surrounded by her siblings, and their ongoing shenanigans. Her parents also foster children, inspiring her own love for kids and big families.
YOUNGLIFE
From 2015-2022, Emily was a steadfast volunteer with both the high schoolers and middle schoolers in her community. She led both weekly clubs and small groups, and continues to mentor students she has met along the way.
TENNIS
Being active since she was a kid, Emily has continued her love for tennis.
TRAVEL
In her short lifetime, Emily has already been outside the country 6 times. Her favorite place she visited is the beautiful land of Brazil, a nation she desires to return to someday soon.
